- Remove all packaging when frozen: Always take your Christmas dessert out of its box and put it on your serving plate while it’s still frozen.
- Serve at the correct temperature. Some puds are best served at room temperature. Others are best chilled. Check the instructions on the packaging.
- Slice your chocolate yule log with a hot knife. Dip your knife in hot water to get a lovely, smooth slice.
Try it with:
- Double cream and raspberries are a no brainer with our chocolate yule log.
- Make a chantilly cream using brown sugar by whipping cream and sugar together then adding a tablespoon of the crème fraiche at the end.

DEFROST TO SERVE
Defrost Instructions:
It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging and place on a serving dish whilst it's still frozen. You'll find it much easier to handle. Defrost for 8-10 hours in the fridge or 4-5 hours at room temperature. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
