Please Note: the Christmas turkey needs defrosting before cooking. It takes a minimum of 12 hours to defrost in the fridge. Once fully defrosted our Christmas dinner for two cooks in 1 hour 30 mins. Refer to defrost instructions on pack.

Our woodland turkeys are raised to the highest welfare standards on small farms in East Anglia and have been recognised with a Good Turkey Award by Compassion In World Farming. They are reared outdoors in woodlands with freedom to roam 24hrs a day.
How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- We use a higher-welfare sausagemeat, spiced-apricot and ginger stuffing from Speldhurst Butchers for our Christmas dinner for two.
- The turkey breast portions are seasoned with a little salt and pepper, before being filled with a generous quantity of stuffing; the perfect thing to share at Christmas dinner this year.
- Finally, they are covered with slices of sweet-cure streaky bacon and garnished with a slice of orange, a sprig of thyme and a bay leaf.
How to store your Christmas Dinner Bundle...
Here is an example of our Christmas Dinner Bundle for 8 on how we recommend storing your bundle in the freezer.
- Make sure you clear out your freezer!
- Remove the turkey from the packaging and place it in the drawer.
- Place sprouts besides it.
- Remove the potatoes, carrots & parsnips from the packaging and pop them into separate freezer bags.
- Gravy goes in the back & don't forget the stuffing!
- Place the pigs in blankets on top.
- And lastly, don't forget to cut out the instructions so you don't loose them!
