Through the Care Card Scheme, COOK supports people who are going through a particularly difficult time with a helping hand in the kitchen.
Care Card receipients receive 30% off our meals in store, or 15% off home delivery orders for 1 year.
If you would like to nominate someone in need to receive a care card, please visit your local COOK shop and speak with one of our team members.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Care Cards are issued for 1 year only to support during a particularly difficult period. In general we do not re-issue new cards once they have expired, unless there are exceptional circumstances where a situation has changed significantly since the original card was issued. We do not repeatedly issue Care Cards where someone is experiencing an ongoing long-term condition or situation.
2. Care Cards are approved on a case-by-case basis. Where a previous request may have been approved for one individual, a similar request may not be approved for another.
3. When using a Care Card for home delivery, the discount will decrease to 15% because of the associated delivery costs. The recipient will need to email carecard@cookfood.net to enable this function.
