Product Recall: Roasted Vegetable Lasagne

We are aware that there may be a small number of 1 portion COOK meals incorrectly labelled as Roasted Vegetable Lasagne but which are, in fact, Salmon and Smoked Haddock Lasagne. The incorrect labels were applied in error at The COOK Kitchen. The affected batch code is 8055 and this batch number is shown next to the best before date of 23.05.09 on the label.

If you have any product labelled Roasted Vegetable Lasagne with a best before date of 23.05.09 and a batch code of 8055 please return it to the shop from which it was purchased for a full refund. Alternatively please call our Customer Services Team on 01732 759 000 for advice on the matter.

Yes. The quality of this dish is fine. The reason we have had to recall the product is due to a labelling issue which we have to make customers aware of due to allergy implications and has nothing to do with the quality of the contents. We can’t, however, tell you whether it will be a Roasted Vegetable Lasagne or a Salmon and Smoked Haddock Lasagne in the packet!
