How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We make a creamy white wine sauce with chicken stock, Dijon, garlic and thyme.
  • Our turkey, ham and sauce mix goes into a handmade pie case, topped with our stuffing mix, made with cranberries, chestnuts, sage and onion.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove the pie from the outer box but leave in the pie case. Place onto the preheated baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven. Cover with foil if the top of the pie starts to colour too much.

Oven Settings

Fan 190°C, Electric 210°C, Gas Mark 7.
70 mins
Ensure piping hot and allow to rest for 2 mins. Carefully remove the pie from the pie case before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 50 mins.
