Cooking/Serving Instructions

Oven:

HOB FROM FROZEN: If cooking on a hob, take the gravy out 15 mins before cooking. Empty the contents of the pot into a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, until simmering and piping hot. Stir regularly.

Oven Settings

Fan , Electric , Gas Mark .

Microwave:

Cook this while the turkey is resting and, to add some extra flavour, pour in the resting juices just before serving. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.

6 mins > stir & re-cover > 3 mins

Defrost Instructions:

HOB FROM DEFROST: If cooking on a hob, empty the contents of the pot into a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat for 5-8 minutes, until simmering and piping hot. Stir regularly.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.
