Try it with:

  • Dill, lemon and black pepper crème fraiche. (blend it- it'll be a lovely green colour).
  • A teaspoon of salmon caviar and a zest of lemon.
  • For an added hit of horseradish, which goes ever so with salmon, half whip some double cream and fold in a good spoon full of hot horseradish, a zest and juice of lemon and smash a good dollop in top of each of the frittata.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place the tray onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
20 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins before running a knife around the edge of each frittata to lift out. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
