How We Make It

  • A classic recipe in miniature. The filling is a gorgeous combination of spinach, horseradish, crème fraiche, mascarpone, lemon juice and dill, topped with flakes of kiln-roasted smoked salmon.
  • This is then wrapped in light puff pastry, glazed with egg yolk and sprinkled with more dill.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
18-20 mins
Once cooked, ensure the puff pastry is golden brown and crisp. Cook for longer if necessary to achieve this finish. Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 13-15 mins.

Extra Warnings:
