What to Serve with Four Cheese Sauce:

• Serve tossed with some cooked pappardelle pasta and some sliced chestnut mushrooms sautéed in garlic with picked thyme leaves.
• For a pasta bake, perfect for a midweek meal, stir through some cooked pasta, add some diced cooked onion and fried smokey bacon pieces, scatter over some grated cheddar cheese or some fresh breadcrumbs for a bit of crunch and bake until browned.
• For a quick easy homemade cauliflower cheese, roast some cauliflower florets, pour over the sauce, sprinkle over a little more cheese and bake until browned.
• If making a homemade Lasagne or Fish Pie, use this sauce as a quick easy cheesy sauce instead of your usual béchamel.
• For something fancy, pour a couple of tablespoons over a twice baked soufflé when you put them back into the oven for a second bake.
