How We Make It
- Our Chefs lightly fry some key ingredients in Thai cooking – ginger, garlic, lemongrass and yellow Thai paste to allow them to develop their aromatic flavours
- The yellow Thai paste we use contains a blend of traditional Thai flavours – shallot, lemongrass, curry powder, chilli, galangal, clove and ginger to provide a delicious base flavour to this dish
- The yellow Thai paste we use contains a blend of traditional Thai flavours – shallot, lemongrass, curry powder, chilli, galangal, clove and ginger to provide a delicious base flavour to this dish. They then add fragrant basmati rice which they fry briefly before adding rich coconut milk and chopped lime leaves. The rice is cooked in this liquid to allow it to fully absorb all of the delicious aromatic Thai flavours, and coriander is stirred through to give some freshness to the dish
