- It’s not at all spicy, but you can always add some thinly sliced chillis to give it a lift. But don’t be too heavy-handed or you’ll drown out the subtle fragrant flavours.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
