  • Our Pastry Team brush each camembert with honey and add a sprig of rosemary before wrapping in puff pastry.
  • Our Chef's make the delicious chutney by slow-cooking red onions with garlic, Bramley apples, balsamic vinegar and port. It has a lovely sweet, but sharp flavour which compliments the rich creaminess of the cheese.
  • Not only does the pastry hold the camembert together, it tastes great dipped into the cheese too!

What to Serve With Baked Camembert:

  • Serve as a starter to share or as part of a buffet.
