Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Lamb (98%), Olive Oil Blend, Fresh Mint, Malt Vinegar [Barley Gluten], Demerara Sugar, Salt.

Olive Oil Blend contains: Pomace Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat the oven to 150°C Fan/170°C Electric/Gas Mark 3. Remove the lamb leg from all packaging and place directly on the baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 80-90 mins. Turn the temperature up to 180°C Fan/200°C Electric/Gas Mark 6 and cook for a further 30 mins.

Oven Settings

Fan 150°C/180°C, Electric 170°C/200°C, Gas Mark 3 or 6.
110-120 mins
Once cooked remove from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 mins. Cooking the lamb to these timings will result in a ‘medium’ pink finish. To achieve a 'well done' lamb, cook for a further 15 mins.

Defrost Instructions:

If defrosting, remove the lamb from the box and place on a plate to defrost in the fridge for at least 24 hours and eat within 48 hours. Preheat the oven to 180°C Fan / 200°C Electric / Gas 6, remove the lamb from all packaging and place in a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 60-70 mins (to achieve a 'well done' finish cook for an extra 10 mins). Once cooked remove from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 mins.
