We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Red Cabbage (46%), Red Wine (19%) (Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite), Onions, Bramley Apples (8%), Light Brown Sugar, White Wine Vinegar (3%) (Antioxidant: Sulphur Dioxide), Butter [Milk], Salt, Juniper Berries.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Serves 2

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 160°C, Gas Mark 4.
40-45 mins
Stir well and allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.
850W
3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 30 secs
Stir well and allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines and cook for 2 mins, stir, 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
