Monthly Prize Draw for the COOK Mailing List

Customers’ subscribed to the COOK email and/or postal mailing list are eligible to enter our monthly prize draw to win £100 worth of COOK vouchers. New subscribers will be entered at the time of sign-up and one entry will be made for current subscribers each and every time they shop in-store or online. To log an entry in-store, you must provide your email or postcode at the till or present your COOK mailing list card to a member of staff to be scanned. Every time this card is scanned in-store or you order online, your subscription to the COOK mailing list will be renewed. If you have not renewed your subscription in a while, we will be in touch to check if you’d still like to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting our Care Team at edwardanddale@cookfood.net, calling 01732 759000 or by updating your preferences in your account at www.cookfood.net. Unsubscribed customers will no longer be eligible to enter our monthly prize draw. A winner will be selected at random, from all valid entries submitted within a calendar month, multiple entries will be accepted. The prize consists of £100 worth of COOK vouchers. No cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, matters outside of our control or unavailability of the prize, COOK reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner of each prize draw but if COOK receives no response within 2 weeks of said communication, COOK reserves the right to choose another winner. As a condition of entry, you must be a resident in the Mainland United Kingdom and be aged 18 years or over. Employees and agents of ‘COOK Trading Ltd’ (referred to herein as COOK), and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter our mailing list prize draw.
