Happy New Year!

If, like us, and thousands of others one of your New Years resolutions is to eat more healthily and lose a little of that excess Christmas weight, then you're in the right place. As well as our fabulous new pots which are all less than 400 calories and 14g of fat, we're bringing you a little tip a day to help you turn your diet into a treat.

This is our recipe for a Superfood Smoothie, from Lyndsay, Head of Food here at COOK. Perfect for blowing the cobwebs away. Start as you mean to go on and all that!

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 good handful of blueberries
1 small handful of oats
1 glass of soya milk
1tbsp natural yoghurt
½ glass of pomegranate juice
1 tsp honey, (or more if you need a sweeter hit!)

How to make:
Easy! Pop all ingredients into a blender, et voila!

You can of course substitute soya milk for almond milk or normal milk if you prefer, and you could also add raspberries or strawberries to this too. We tried it with raspberries too and it was delicious.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
