Pulled Pork Stir Fry

This stir fry is just the ticket for the more wintery weather we're expecting (never mind the fact it's August)..

You will need:

- Juice of a lime
- Sesame Seeds
- Egg Noodles
- Sesame Oil
- Soy or Tamari Sauce
- Fish Sauce
- Rice Wine Vinegar
- Chopped Coriander
- Aromatic Belly of Pork, cooked and shredded
- Purple Sprouting Broccolli
- Chillies, finely chopped
- Spring or salad onions, chopped
- Clove of garlic, finely sliced

To make:

Add the onions, chilli and garlic to the pan for a couple minutes, before adding the shredded pork. Add your tenderstem or sprouting broccoli, and add some water to the pan to help the broccoli steam. Add a couple table spoons of soy sauce, and one each of the rice wine vinegar and fish sauce, although these are not essential. Add your pre-cooked egg noodles (you can use any noodles, vermicelli or udon noodles would also work).

Serve with some chopped spring onion, freshly chopped chillies and freshly chopped coriander, a sprinkle of sesame seeds and finally, add a dollop of the spicy tomato relish that comes with the pork.
