How to make our delicious Garlic Aioli

Forget shop bought mayonnaise - the ultimate burgers deserve only the best accompaniments. In the above video, Lyndsay shows us how to make super simple and super delicious garlic aioli (posh way of saying garlic mayonnaise).
You will need:
- An egg yolk
- A garlic clove, chopped
- Olive oil
- A dollop of Dijon mustard
- A squeeze of lemon
Pop all the ingredients except the olive oil and squeeze of lemon into a blender, and blend until smooth. Add the olive oil very very slowly as shown by Lyndsay, to make sure you get the creamy consistency. If you add all the olive oil at once, it will 'scramble' and you won't get the right consistency, so will you need a little patience. Turn out into a ramekin and add a squeeze of lemon to taste.
