Kick start any day with these fantastic scrambled eggs...

The simple addition of chilli flakes to your scrambled eggs kicks starts your metabolism - and dark rye bread has a lower GI Index than white bread, so you not only avoid the refined white flour but it keeps you fuller for longer.

Ingredients:
2 eggs per person
Dash of milk
Chilli flakes
Rye Bread
Salt and Pepper to season

How to make:
Beat your eggs, add the salt, pepper and milk, and cook slowly in a shallow frying pan to your preferred consistency. Simply add as many or as few chilli flakes at the end that you can handle! Enjoy

These eggs would also go perfectly with our earlier post from our Superfoodie Erika, and her amazing rye bread.
