COOK: 87th Best Company to Work For

We couldn't have been more thrilled to find out that we are officially one of the Top 100 Best Companies To Work For in the country in the Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list. The Best Companies survey works by asking staff how good their employer is. It's not a perfect method, but it's just about the best there is. So our success in getting onto the list is 100% down to all of the staff at COOK and we'd like to take this opportunity (trying to avoid a Gwyneth Paltrow-esque speech) to say a huge congratulations and a massive thank you to everyone who took the survey.

To have made it safely into the 80s is a great achievement (seldom can 87th place have been celebrated with such enthusiasm). What's really exciting is that this is only the beginning. We believe that there is the potential to make COOK a truly remarkable company to work for. We are a business with people at it's very heart and we're hugely lucky to have so many talented, caring and committed people as part of the team. The challenge now for all of us is to make COOK an even better workplace.
