All our COOK Christmas turkeys are raised outdoors on a small farm in East Anglia with freedom to roam on a pasture or in woodland 24hrs a day with a 100% natural diet. This has been recognised with a Good Turkey Award from the charity Compassion in World Farming.

- Once stuffed and rolled, the thigh is secured by a few bands which need to be removed before carving.
- Turkey thigh meat contains a higher fat content than the breast meat and so when slow cooked, it remains really succulent and moist.
