Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Plain Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Taleggio (9%) [Milk], Unsmoked Streaky Bacon (6%) (Pork, Water, Salt, Preservatives (Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate)), Cherry Tomatoes (5%), Green Olives (5%) (Green Olives, Water, Salt), Dried Activated Yeast, Garlic, Rosemary, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from the box but keep the focaccia within the tray. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 25 mins.

Oven Settings

Fan 200°C, Electric 220°C, Gas Mark 7.
25 mins
Once cooked ensure piping hot and rest for 2 mins. To serve, lift the focaccia out of the tray and remove the silicone paper from the base.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all stones, some may remain.
