- We use two whole seabass in this recipe.
- Fragrant fennel, lemon & dill are well known for complimenting soft white fish.
- Seabass is not very ‘fishy’ in taste, and in fact has a very subtle buttery flavour - perfect for those who want to try something a little different.
Try it with:
- Lovely with a simple watercress salad and some Roasted New Potatoes.
- Delicious with some linguine, or some lemony courgetti.
- Cook as per the instructions, and five minutes before the end - transfer to the BBQ (either in the foil tray, or wrapped in foil) to finish off.
