Inspired by the traditional Greek Spanakopita, a crispy filo pastry case filled with spinach, feta, ricotta and lemon zest, topped with pine nuts, dill and sunflower seeds.

Spinach (25%), Filo Pastry (23%) (Fortified Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Water, Sunflower Oil, Salt), Feta Cheese (16%) [Milk], Ricotta Cheese (10%) [Milk], Leeks, Rapeseed Oil, Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Salted Butter [Milk], Dill, Pine Kernals, Sunflower Seeds, Lemon Peel, Spearmint, Oregano, Garlic, Salt, Nutmeg, Black Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove the tart from all packaging and place onto a preheated baking tray with the silicone paper provided. Cook in the middle of the oven for 50 mins.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
50 mins
Once cooked, allow to rest for 2 mins and then, using a fish slice, carefully slide onto your serving plate.
