- A classic pesto pasta but COOK-ified.
- A lovely red pepper pesto that coats the callentani (spiral) pasta, we then add in mozzarella pearls, roasted red pepper and sunflower seeds.
- There is a sachet of green basil pesto of which the customer can drizzle over the top and mix throughout the pasta to really give it an extra pesto boost.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Defrost Instructions:
Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours. Once defrosted and just before serving, shake the dressing sachet to ensure its mixed well. Pour over the salad and stir thoroughly. Keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
