- Our Parsnip Rostis are made by hand by our Pastry Team who carefully assemble three layers: the parsnip rosti base, topped with a parsnip and Cheddar cream, finished with roasted parsnip ribbons.
- Our Chefs make the parsnip cream by slow cooking parsnips and blending them with mature Cheddar cheese and butter.
- Inside the rosti base, there's a hidden centre of garlic mushroom sauce. It's made with porcini mushroom stock which gives a real umami hit to the overall flavour.
Try It With
- Delicious with Dauphinoise Potatoes and our Trio of Greens.
- Lovely with some hasselback roasted new potatoes, Tenderstem broccoli and roasted cherry tomatoes.
- Make a warm salad of chargrilled courgettes, green beans and spinach leaves with some roasted chickpeas to finish.
