A boneless leg of West Country Lamb with garlic and rosemary, with a red wine and madeira gravy and all the trimmings, hand-prepared at our kitchen. Our chefs have done all the hard work so you can just pop it in the oven and relax.

Cook from frozen in 2 1/2 hours.

Ingredients

Lamb:

Lamb Leg (98%), Salt, Garlic, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt). This product is made in our kitchen in Kent, using British, West Country lamb.

Carrots:

Carrots (89%), Orange Juice (3%), Rapeseed Oil, Butter [Milk] (3%), Orange Peel, Salt, Thyme, Black Pepper.

Roast Potatoes:

Potatoes (86%), Rapeseed Oil (12%), Salt.

Red Wine & Madeira Gravy:

Water, Madeira (27%) (Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite), Red Wine (16%) (Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite), Redcurrant Jelly (9%) (Sugar, Water, Redcurrant Juice Concentrate, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Dextrose), Vegetable Glace (3%) (Partially Rehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Carrot Concentrate, Leek & Celery), Yeast Extract, Salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Parsley), Cornflour, Butter [Milk], Vegetable Stock (Concentrated Vegetables (Carrot, Leek, Parsnip, Mushroom, Onion), Water, Yeast Extract, Salt, Cornflour), Thyme.

Pork & Apricot Stuffing:

Buckhurst Gluten Free Sausage Meat (57%) (Pork Shoulder, Pork Belly, Water, Gluten Free Rusk (Dehydrated Potato, Rice Flour, Salt, Dextrose), Salt, Herbs, Sugar, Spices, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate), Onions, Dried Apricots (13%) (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Ginger Puree (3%), Rapeseed Oil, Orange Zest, Parsley, Sage, Ground Ginger [Sulphites].

Peas & Leeks:

Braised Red Cabbage:
