- Our hand-prepared Beef Wellington cooks from frozen in 55 minutes.
- A customer favourite for good reason - prime beef fillet, a handmade duxelles with slow-cooked mushrooms, onion, garlic and Masala wine, wrapped in puff pastry.
- The instructions on the back label will give a 'medium' finish (we think it's best served a little pink) but leave it in the oven for an extra 10 mins if you want it well done.
What to Serve With Beef Wellington:
- A simple red wine jus perfectly complements a beef wellington.
- If you’re thinking about side dishes, we suggest Peas & Leeks, Braised Red Cabbage, Dauphinoise Potatoes or Creamy Mash.
