Pre-heat oven. Remove cardboard sleeve and film lid. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 190°C, Electric 210°C, Gas Mark 6.
40 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 30 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
