How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- First the chefs make a crunchy, buttery chocolate shortbread as a base.
- The filling is a white chocolate parfait with a hint of orange, which is layered with our cranberry and orange liqueur compote and broken chocolate shards.
- Finally it’s topped with more chocolate shards and more compote.

Defrost Instructions:
Serve frozen 1. Remove the outer box 2. Tear down the sides and corners to remove from the container 3. This can be eaten straight from the freezer, but for best results we'd recommend placing in the fridge for half an hour or so to allow the pudding to soften slightly before serving.
