A deliciously simple recipe with a robust, mushroom flavour. We slice and roast the mushrooms through our oven with garlic and seasoning. The creamy sauce has blended porcini mixed through which gives it a wonderfully rich and earthy mushroom flavour and aroma.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Cooked Trofie Pasta (44%) [contains Gluten, Egg], Milk, Mushrooms (19%), Olive Oil Blend, Mascarpone (3%) [contains Milk], Regato [contains Milk], Garlic, Lemon Juice, Water, Wheat Flour [contains Gluten], Butter [contains Milk], Parsley, Salt, Dried Porcini Mushrooms, Thyme.

Cooked Trofie Pasta contains: Durum Wheat Semolina, Free-Range Egg. Olive Oil Blend contains: Pomace Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Cook on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back film lid and stir well. Replace film lid and cook for a further 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove film, stir well and ensure food is piping hot before serving.

MICROWAVE Cat E*850W* full power for 4 mins - stir - further 1 min 30 secs - stir.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 2 days. Follow the microwave cooking instructions but cook for 2 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir well, replace lid and cook for a further 30 seconds.
