How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- We marinade cherry tomatoes in honey and thyme and roast until caramelised
- Red onions are lightly fried in balsamic vinegar and then mixed with the cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and basil
- Our pastry team carefully dish the mix and top with our puff pastry and sprinkle with parsley ready to be turned upside down once cooked
