A savoury Tatin with layers of potato and courgette, topped with crème fraiche, mozzarella and pesto, finished with red pepper and semi-dried tomato.

- This stack is served upside down.
- Run a knife round the outside edge first, then place a board or plate on top. Tip them both over and let the stack fall out. Then put them the right way up again and remove all the packaging – don’t forget to remove the silicon sheet on top!
Try it With:
- There’s a layer of potatoes in the stack so no additional are needed – just a delicious, fresh green salad and some freshly torn basil leaves
- For a light supper option, it’s great with a simple medley of steamed, buttery green beans, courgette ribbons and peas
- This is also delicious slightly cooled, so perfect for putting on a buffet table…or even taken on a posh picnic!
