AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).
Pork (25%), Water, Tomato Juice, Malt Vinegar [contains Gluten], Yellow Peppers (8%), Red Peppers (8%), Onion, Demerara Sugar, Sesame Seeds (4%), Pineapple Juice, Thai Fish Sauce [contains Fish], Honey, Spring Onions, Sesame Oil [contains Soya, Sesame], Tomato Puree, Garlic, Salt, Lemongrass Puree [contains Sulphites], Corn Oil, Gluten Free Plain White Flour Blend, Ginger Puree, Cornflour, Light Soy Sauce [contains Soya, Gluten], Cinnamon, Coriander, Szechuan Pepper, Star Anise, Fennel Seeds, Cloves.
Thai Fish Sauce contains: Water, Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar.
Sesame Oil contains: Soya Oil, Sesame Oil.
Lemongrass Puree contains: Lemon Grass, Lemon Juice, Salt.
Gluten Free Plain White Flour Blend contains: Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat).
Ginger Puree contains: Ginger Puree, Citric Acid.
Light Soy Sauce contains: Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour, Potassium Sorbate.
