Try it with:
- For a family feast, serve with baked sweet potato wedges, coleslaw and some charred corn on the cob.
- Slice and pull the chicken and serve in a warmed pitta bread with some sliced little gem lettuce and a minty yoghurt drizzle.
- Serve with some spicy rice (Basmati rice with tomatoes, green peppers, turmeric, cayenne pepper and smoked paprika) and minty peas.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Defrost Instructions:
To cook from defrost remove the chicken from all the packaging and place on a baking tray to defrost (make sure it has sides, so the cooking juices don’t run off) for 48 hours in the fridge. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the chicken in the centre of the oven. After 35 mins, remove from the oven and baste the chicken all over with the piri piri juices. Put it back in for the remaining 25 mins.
