Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Mascarpone [contains Milk], Beetroot, Mint and Pomegranate Relish (20%) [contains Sulphites], Filo Pastry Case (18%) [contains Gluten], Smoked Salmon (16%) [contains Fish], Free Range Egg.

Beetroot, Mint and Pomegranate Relish contains: Fresh Beetroot, Fresh Red Onion, Granulated Sugar, Fresh Tomato, Red Wine Vinegar, Honey, Frozen Bramley Apple, Pomegranate Juice Concentrate, Olive Oil, Frozen Mint, Fruit Tea Extract, Fresh Ginger, Black Pepper. Filo Pastry Case contains: Wheatflour, Sunflower Oil, Water, Salt.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove all packaging and place directly on the preheated baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven for 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and ensure piping hot before serving.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.

Caution: Whilst every effort has been made to remove all bones, some may remain. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 2 days. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 10 minutes.
