Lovely with a squeeze of fresh lime and a sweet chilli dipping sauce.

How we make it

The tiger prawns are flavoured with chilli flakes, coriander and lime juice then coated in black and white sesame seeds which give a lovely crunch when the prawns are cooked.

Did you know: These prawns are not only the perfect prelude to one of our Chinese dishes, they also make fantastic canapés. Pop them on a pretty skewer or cocktail stick and serve with a few lime wedges and a pot of sweet chilli sauce for dipping.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Prawns (85%) [Crustaceans], Szechuan Paste (8%) [Soya], Sesame Seeds, Black Sesame Seeds (2%), Lime Juice, Coriander, Chilli Flakes.

Szechuan Paste contains: Tomato Paste, Garlic, Red Chilli, Ginger, Soyabean Oil, Spirit Vinegar, Salt.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place prawns directly onto a baking tray in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
13-15 mins

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 8-10 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all pieces of shell, some may remain.
