How We Make It
Roast Chicken & Stuffing Crumble
The rich gravy is made by our Chefs using roast chicken stock, vegetable stock, tomato puree, thyme and redcurrant jelly then thickened with a little flour. Our Oven Chefs roast chicken breast pieces with a touch of honey and olive oil, along with chunky cuts of carrot, parsnip and potato. Oats, butter and a splash of water are added to the stuffing mix to form a crumble topping which is mixed with the roasted potatoes and gently fried leeks. Bake it at home for all the flavour of a delicious roast dinner in one!
