AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Smoked Back Bacon contains: Pork, Salt, Water, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrites, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate). Brandy contains: Brandy, Colour: Caramel. Cider contains: Medium Cider, Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite. Roast Chicken Stock contains: Roast Chicken, Maltodextrin, Salt, Natural Flavouring, Chicken Fat, Sugar, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Onion Powder. Gluten Free Flour Blend contains: Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat. English Mustard contains: Water, Mustard Flour, Sugar, Salt, Wheatflour, Turmeric, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum). Crème Fraîche contains: Cream, Skimmed Milk, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Culture.
