How we make it

We lightly coat the prawns with our home made rub of tomato, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, basil, olive oil, chilli flakes and paprika.

Serve with

Serve with a squeeze of lemon on a bed of rocket. This dish is perfect as a light lunch or a starter for two. Alternatively, you could add these prawns to spaghetti; cook the spaghetti, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and stir these prawns through. Season to serve, and add chilli flakes or freshly chopped chilli for an extra kick.

Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Prawns (85%) [Shellfish], Lemon (8%), Tomato Puree (3%), Olive Oil Blend, Garlic, Parsley, Lemon Juice, Basil, Smoked Paprika, Chilli Flakes.

Olive Oil Blend contains: Pomace Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Oven:

Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
18-20 mins
To serve, lift the prawns from the tray using a spoon or fork to prevent excess cooking liquid from transferring to your plate.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on full power.

4 mins > gently agitate tray > 1 min
Serve as per oven instructions.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 12 mins. Ensure the food is piping hot.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all pieces of shell, some may remain.
