How To Make It At Our Kitchen
- Onions and garlic are sweated until they're soft and sweet, then simmered with white whine, sherry and tomatoes.
- Everything is then blended with king prawns, diced chorizo and slow-roasted chicken.
- Our chorizo is made especially for us from higher welfare British pork.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Defrost Instructions:
Defrost the paella overnight in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and cook within 48 hours. Empty the paella into a pan and cook over a medium heat for 3-5 mins, stirring occasionally. Ensure the prawns are pink in colour and fully cooked. Ensure piping hot before serving. Once cooked, do not reheat.
Extra Warnings:
Steam may be released when removing lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones and shell, some may remain.
