We're so excited to be introducing this fresh & fruity cheesecake!
It's made with a clotted cream & soft cheese mix and has a raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry compote layer - it's utterly delicious.

What to Serve with Mixed Berry & Vanilla Cheesecake:

Serve with some fresh berries.
For a bit of a twist serve with some cooled stewed fruit (the mixed berry bags you can buy in the frozen isle are perfect).
Serve with a berry coulis which you can make easily yourself by blending some fresh or frozen berries with a couple of tablespoons of icing sugar. If you prefer a smooth coulis, strain the sauce through a sieve and pour on the side of the cheesecake when serving.
