AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Dark Chocolate contains: Cocoa Mass (50%), Sugar (49.5%), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Mascarpone contains: Cream, Milk Protein Concentrate, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Digestive Biscuit contains: Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nitconamide, Thiamin), Wholemeal Flour, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil & Rapeseed Oil), Sugar, Cane Syrup, Raising Agents: (Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Salt. Caramel contains: Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide, Water, Sugar, Salted Butter, Sweetened Condensed Milk (Milk, Sugar), Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Emulsifier: Soya lecithin, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Flavouring (Milk). Self-Raising Flour contains: Wheat Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents: Acid Calcium Phosphate & Sodium Bicarbonate. Free Range Pasteurised Egg White contains Thickener: Guar Gum. Dark Chocolate Shards contain: Sugar, Cocoa Mass (43%), Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Soft Brown Sugar contains: Sugar, Molasses. Wheat Flour contains: Calcium Carbonate, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid. Chocolate powder contains: Cocoa Mass, Skimmed Milk Powder, Sugar, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Vanilla contains: Mono-propylene Glycol, Flavourings, Vanilla Flavouring.
