- This is actually a complete meal in itself, but you can garnish with parsley or mint.
- Try scattering over some bright pomegranate seeds.
- Another nice addition is swirling some harissa paste though natural yoghurt and serving it on the side.
How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- It all starts with marinating diced British chicken in natural yoghurt and harissa, packing in flavours before roasting.
- This sits on a bed of baby spinach, red quinoa, bulgur wheat, chickpeas and herbs.
- It’s all brought together with a spiced harissa and honey sauce, then topped with flaked almonds and pistachios.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Extra Warnings:
Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones and nut shell, some may remain.
