Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Chopped Tomatoes (31%), Chicken (25%), Onion, Corn Oil, Water, Red Peppers (4%), Garlic, Yoghurt [Milk], Ginger Puree, Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Madras Powder [Mustard], Cumin, Ground Coriander, Cornflour, Coriander, Lemon Juice, Green Cardamom, Paprika, Cloves, Black Cardamom, Deggi Mirch, Bay Leaf, Turmeric.

Ginger Puree contains: Ginger Puree, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Made at our kitchen in Kent using chicken from the EU.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Oven:

Pre-heat oven. Pierce film lid and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
35-40 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on full power.
850W
4 mins > stir & re-cover > 3 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 2 days. Follow cooking guidelines but cook for 20-25 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.
