It's a warming dish but not spicy - definitely one for those who don't like it hot! This One Pot goes from fork to freezer in five-and-a-half minutes, because you cook it from frozen in the microwave. So it's perfect for lunch - and if you have to take it to work just let it thaw during the morning and then follow the instructions to cook from defrosted (just make sure it's piping hot). !How we make it: We marinate the chicken over night in spices (smoked paprika, turmeric, ground ginger), olive oil and salt. We fry the chorizo to release the oil and add onion, garlic and ginger. White wine is then added and reduced along with a dash more smoked paprika for a really bold flavour. The long grain and wild rice is gently braised until the wild rice has a nutty bite; the vegetables are stir-fried (sweet potato, red peppers and red onions) and then we mix it all together! !Serving suggestion Finish with some sliced jalapenos if you want to want to turn up the heat. !!NB: This product is microwave only
