Try it with:
- Try lightly toasting some pitta bread and using this as the filling
- Add another dimension by sprinkling with toasted pine nuts and torn fresh basil just before serving
- For an easy supper, serve with a green salad and some cheat’s garlic bread (slices of chargrilled ciabatta rubbed with raw garlic and drizzled with olive oil)
How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- Courgettes, red peppers, yellow peppers and red onions are dressed in a herb, pesto-style sauce
- We fry garlic in rapeseed oil and add in some green pesto with lots of fresh basil and mint and just a splash of balsamic vinegar
- Halloumi slices get tossed in lots more basil and parsley and a little rapeseed oil, which gives it its lovely bright colour and a nice crispiness when cooked

Halloumi contains: Pasteurised Cow, Sheep and Goat's Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Dried Mint.
