Little filo cased are filled with our beetroot filling, before being topped with a feta cheese topping. The beetroot filling is made by cooking beetroot with salt, sugar, lemon juice and dill, before mixing it with a little crème fraiche to add richness. The feta cheese topping is made by melting feta with some double cream and mixing in some chives.
