How We Make It
- Our chefs braise British or Irish beef for four hourse in red wine
- We finish the pie by adding little brushchettine and sprinkle with a mix of grated Gruyere, mustard, herbs and pickled red onions
- The shortcrust is an all-butter recipe, made in house by our Pastry Team
