A puff pastry tart filled with a rich and creamy base, topped with fresh asparagus spears, a pea and mint crush and finished with shavings of Regato cheese.

Try it with:
- Serve with steamed and slightly crushed, minty new potatoes, a rocket salad and garnish with some finely sliced radishes
- A simple rocket and pea shoot salad and if it doesn't need to be kept veggie, grill some slices of Prosciutto to top the tart just before serving
- A salad of pea shoots and fresh mint leaves, with a garnish of chopped sundried tomatoes and toasted hazelnuts

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).
